Voice Consultant: The candidate must have proven voice engineering skills with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates will have a good understanding of Contact Centre technologies and should have relevant certifications. Strong analytical skills including research, technology analysis and selection, performance analysis, prototyping, and debugging are required. Project management skills (project plan development, project tracking methods) are required. Strong influential and communication skills are desirable. Understanding of Voice Biometrics technology will be an added advantage.
